1. Where are you located?

Illus Prints is located in Phoenix, AZ, USA. We print our own products using state of the art Pigmented Ink and UV printers on many different fine art mediums.  If you would like to know more about our long history of fine art printing go to:   www.D3Image.com 

2. How long are your printing and shipping times? 

If your order is to be shipped anywhere within the (50) US States your artwork will be printed and shipped from our studio within days of your order!  

 3. What's your return policy?

It's very simple!  If for any reason you are not totally happy with the artwork you received from us please contact (support@illusprints.com within 30 days after your receive the artwork for a full refund.  Just email us through the contact page that you would like a refund of your purchase. 

 4. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you notify (support@illusprints.com) before the order is printed and shipped.  Since our artwork is printed and shipped after your order you can cancel with 3 days after you place your order by emailing (support@illusprints.com).    

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us at (support@illusprints.com), and we’ll give you a refund or replace your artwork immediately with the correct piece.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

No.  It just gets confusing with exchanges.   Just ask us for a refund on the piece you have and then place a new order for the piece you would like to have.

7. Who is the artist behind your designs?

We source our designs from a number of different artists to be able to provide the greatest variety of artwork possible. Our newest designs will be marked in our product category as "Illus Select". This is our own proprietary artwork designed by Marc Douglas in our studio.  You can only purchase this artwork exclusively through Illus Prints.
